GLaDOS is the absolute best robot in gaming; she possesses a personality that’s as unique as it is captivating, Ellen McLain’s performance is incredible, and she’s more creatively homicidal than any other ill-intentioned robot out there (take that, Skynet). GLaDOS was created for one thing, and one thing only: testing. And she’ll be damned if any regular moron will get in her way. She may come across as warm and inviting, with her rigidly cold and calculated speech, but always remember: the cake is a lie.
