1. Joel – Last of Us

It does not take long for Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us to tug at your heart-strings. The emotional journey following Joel and Ellie as they travel to find the Fireflies. It certainly get rough, but we get to witness their bond form. And at the end of game we’re left with a lie. As players we know Joel is lying, having a hand in his actions along the way. What makes him the top of the liars is how many his lie and actions effected. I won’t get into the meat of the details for the sake of avoiding spoilers. But at the end of this we as players are left unsure of the protagonist we’ve been following since the beginning.
