1. Ciri (The Witcher 3)
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is arguably one of the best games of 2015 (and this current generation). The third game is the largest yet and wraps up the trilogy quite nicely. Geralt embarks on the final leg of his journey to stop the wild hunt, collecting friends and ex-lovers all along the way. One of those friends his is young ward Ciri. By this time, Ciri is a full-grown woman adept in her own abilities. At first, she appears to be a witcher since she underwent partial witcher training at Kaer Morhen, but in this world, women cannot be witchers. Instead she’s a much more powerful and interesting creature. To put it simply, she comes to be known as the Lady of Time and Space because she can literally jump through space and time at will. The reason The Witcher series is so popular is because its characters and story are so dynamic. While Geralt, the protagonist, is interesting in his own right, Ciri is an integral part of the story and someone who can stand on her own (and demands to stand on her own, too). It’s not only us who think she’s well-deserving of her own game, but The Witcher fans all over the world hope to see Ciri star in her own tale.
