Mega Rayquaza decks such as this one are only good enough for very brave players!

Our ninth featured deck is Mega Rayquaza EX/Shaymin EX. Another set of cards made for each other, along with many supporting Stadiums and Item cards like Mega Turbo, the XY: Roaring Skies set made this deck become a true power house as it can forego playing a lot of draw Supporter cards thanks to Shaymin and Hoopa, in favour of more utility Item cards.

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

VirGen is hands down THE best counter to Seismitoad EX based decks…

Our eight featured deck is Virizion EX/Genesect EX. Two cards literally made to combo together from the same Team Plasma set, it’s no wonder this deck is still a big threat in the metagame, specially given how Seismitoad EX is a very big (and annoying) presence in the current Expanded format.

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

Worlds winner Blastoise/Keldeo EX wants to show it still has what it takes to compete in this format!

Our seventh featured deck is Blastoise/Keldeo EX, the deck that managed to win 1st place at the 2015 Pokemon World Championships in Boston!

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

One of, if not the fastest deck in the format has its turn in the Spring Regionals Special feature week 2!

Our sixth featured deck is Vespiquen/Flareon/Wobbuffet. One of the most ‘obvious’ combos in Expanded still works very well, and new tools such as Jolteon allow it to be a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming metagame!

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

One the biggest surprise decks from Winter Regionals should still be a good choice for Spring!

Our fifth featured deck is Trevenant BREAK/Wobbuffet/MEwtwo EX. It’s quite a surprise this deck is viable with all the darkness going around, but Item lock is so strong in this format that Trevenant’s XY ability alone is enough to make this deck viable.

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

Dark type has been one of the most dominant archetypes in Standard!

Our fourth featured deck is Yveltal EX/Archeops/Darkrai EX. Maxie’s and the various Yveltal’s and Darkrai’s allows this deck to be molded to any situation you might encounter during Regionals.

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

Seismitoad EX + Hypnotoxic Laser is one the most annoying combinations!

Our third featured deck is Seismitoad EX/Crobat/Mewtwo EX. This deck took 2nd place at the 2015 World Championships in Boston last year, and should prove to still be quite a threat in today’s metagame.

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.

Eelektrik seems to be the one card that can withstand the tests of time!

Our second featured deck is Eelektrik/Raikou! Two lightning Pokemon released almost 5 years apart team up for the upcoming Spring Regional Championships!

Primal Groudon/Wobbuffet, a deck that took Winter Regionals by surprise!

Spring Regionals season is almost upon us, and due to that I decided to make a 10 day special of multiple competitive/interesting Expanded decks!

One different deck every day, which is something new for the channel, will hopefully show you what you can expect at the upcoming Regionals.

Most if not all of these lists were taken directly form the Pokemon.com website where they listed the Top 8 decks, so you know these are quality lists!

We begin with Primal Groudon/Wobbuffet, is this deck a true contender for these Spring Regionals series?

I hope you enjoy the video and the commentary of what goes through my head during the games.
