I swear, I’ll stop talking about this game once it comes out.

…ok, maybe not.

Persona 5, Atlus’s upcoming dungeon crawler and phantom thief simulator (which you’ve probably seen me talk about a few times. Just a few. Not too often.) is almost upon us in the West. Atlus USA has dropped a brand-new trailer for the game, showcasing footage both old and new to get gamers hyped for its April 4, 2017 release. Spoiler alert: while it doesn’t give away too much in the realm of plot that we don’t already know, such as the members of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts and the locales they visit, you may want to skip this trailer if you want to come into the game completely fresh.

Along with that, we’ve got a new Confidant/Social Link trailer focusing on the Velvet Room wardens, Caroline and Justine. They seem to have the Good Cop, Bad Cop shtick on lock down; Caroline is gruff and angry with the Protagonist, while Justine is a tad politer and more reserved. It’ll be interesting to see how these characters’ relationships develop, considering how close they might end up being to the Protagonist. After all, you can’t get much closer than literally being in someone’s psyche, can you?Lastly, Atlus USA revealed the release schedule for the game’s DLC packs, which range from the expected (costumes based on the previous Persona heroes, swimsuits, the like) to the unex-Wait, is that a Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha costume set?! Well, there goes my wallet.

Persona 5 finally releases a little under a month from now on April 4, 2017.
