Business as usual
Earlier this weekend, Arc System Works (the developer behind the fighting game franchises Blaz Blue, Persona 4 Arena, and Guilty Gear) announced an updated re-release for the latest Guilty Gear entry, Xrd Revelator. Guilty Gear Xrd. Rev 2 will hit arcades first before going to the PS3, PS4, and PC, sporting a few new changes and additions sure to excite fans of the series.
The arcade version will be getting balance tweaks, a tutorial mode, and new storylines for a few of the game’s characters. The ports will be getting a new story mode scenario, online play improvements, and more to be announced.

Both the arcade and port versions will be getting two new characters as well, the “business ninja” Answer and the fan favorite samurai Baiken.
Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 hits arcades in Spring 2017, with console and PC releases following soon after.
