Before Destiny The Taken King, I never looked forward to chilling with friends in-game before. Gwent in Witcher 3 will make you want to play it more. Playing Axiom Verge will lead to your eventual speed run. Watching Paul attach dogs to parachutes in MGS5 is way too much fun. Bloodborne will have you dreaming of dying in your sleep. It’s cousin, Dark Souls 2, will have you screaming at your TV: “BLEEP!” Fallout 4 is great but filled with glitches. Divinity Enhanced Edition is overflowing with trap switches. MKX was the best fighting game this year. Hunting in Evolve for human goodies will fill you with bloody holiday cheer.
