A leaked article from UK magazine, Games TM, confirms the next Call of Duty game will be a sequel to Call of Duty: Ghosts. It’s surprising that Infinity Ward is returning to one of Call of Duty’s most poorly received titles. Granted, Ghosts did end on a cliffhanger, but as a whole it was poorly received, especially compared to the success of it is Modern Warfare trilogy.
The game was listed in the magazine as one of the Top Anticipated Games of 2016 and lists a release date for November of 2016. Check out screenshots of the issue below:
