Fresh details on the next game from the God Eater dev team.
Earlier today and ahead of schedule, Bandai Namco revealed some new details about their previously teased vampire project, Code Vein. The new game from the development team that made God Eater, Code Vein is a 2D action RPG set in a post apocalypse which has seen the rise of vampires known as Revenants which serve as player characters in the game. If a revenant goes too long without drinking blood they become a creature known as a “Lost” the enemies populating Code Vein’s dungeons. Code Vein will also feature multiple weapon types: Single and two-handed swords, spears and hammers are confirmed so far. The new game will feature a “buddy” system for co-op play, as well. A full, official announcement for Code Vein is comming on April 20 including a new trailer.
